Hard Inquiries:
Hard Inquiries are made by lenders when consumers are seeking credit or a loan,
in connection with permissible purpose. Hard Inquiries do have an effect on the
creditworthiness of a consumer in negative way and they may result in lowering
the consumers’ credit scores. Keeping credit inquiries to a minimum can help
a person's credit rating.
Consumer may request lenders or any inquirers to retrieve the report from our
services, where our computer system will provide the lenders with the latest report
in any format, without any requests to the three bureaus. Our system retrieves the latest
reports from the bureaus and sends them to any institute with any format they wish
to have the reports in.
Credit Format:
Our Computer system can create reports in any standard industry format (the three bureaus data format, XML,
Java classes, C tables, Text, PDF, Fax, or spreadsheet - see our technical support)
We simplified our approach using the latest technology into the following processes:

Retrieval and Validation of Reports
We retrieve all the reports for the three bureaus, store them in
our database for audit trial and perform validation on the reports
and track errors or inconsistencies. Our audit trail is used to compare
reports that are retrieved at different times where our computer
system will be able to flag errors or inconsistencies.

Analysis
Our computer system analyzes the reports, prepares tables, values and
updates our clients’ records. Our clients
can access their records, examine, print or download to their PCs.

Reports
Once we have the reports stored and analyzed; creating reports in
any format is easiest task our system is able to perform.

Sending Reports
Once we have the reports and validate them, our computer system
can use any standard communication means to send reports to other venders,
lenders or even small mom-pop shops.
Guarantee

Title IV of the Consumer Credit Protection Act
Our Guarantee is done according to the Title IV of the Consumer Credit Protection Act (Public Law 90-321, 82 Stat. 164). This ammedment defines
the relationship between the Credit Repair Organizations and the Consumers.

Initial Charges
Fees for sign up and retrieving clients’ credit reports from the three bureaus and
storing the reports in our computer system for analysis are the only initial charges
that client would pay. Other fees must be approved and signed by the clients.

Charges
We do not charge any fees unless the client understands the services that will be done and sign for it.
Our analysts will contact the client and discuss the case, the fees and the case time schedule.
There are no hidden fees or charges.

For $150, an account will be created for our client on system to unlimited
access web services and our toll-free number. Report Charges
are billed separately based on the services and load. Our packages are
designed to address clients’ needs.

Our Computer Analysis prepares the clients reports and make them available 24X7 for the clients to access.
There are a number of reports that we provide and our charges are based on the number and type of reports.

Analyst’s Charges
Analysts’ charges are paid either by the client packages or per case. Charges
are based on the required work need by the clients.
