Credit Restoration
Our Four Processes   We simplified our approach using the latest technology into the following processes:
• Sign Up and Retrieving Credit Reports Once the client signs up, the credit reports from the three bureaus will be loaded into our computer system for analysis. Our computer system will analyze the reports looking for errors and inconsistencies. A case will be created with the needed reports.
• Case Analysis Our analysts will examine the case and contact clients to discuss the case and facts. The analysts will update the case and discuss it with our attorneys group.
• Attorney Action Our attorneys will contact the client and discuss the case, fees and case time schedule.
• Credit Restoration Our attorneys contact the three bureaus and do the needed work to restore the client’s credit.

Guarantee
• Title IV of the Consumer Credit Protection Act Our Guarantee is done according to the Title IV of the Consumer Credit Protection Act (Public Law 90-321, 82 Stat. 164). This ammedment defines the relationship between the Credit Repair Organizations and the Consumers.
• Our Processes We work with clients and provide the personal attention in helping them understand the processes and the cost.
• Initial Charges Fees for sign up and retrieving clients’ credit reports from the three bureau and storing the reports in our computer system for analysis are the only initial charges that client would pay. Other fees must be approved and signed by the clients.
• Charges We do not charge any fees unless the client understand the services that will be done and sign for it. Our attorneys will contact the client and discuss the case, the fees and the case time schedule. There are no hidden fees or charges.

The Costs
• Account Sign Up For $150, an account will be created for our client on system to unlimited access web services and our toll-free number. Analyst and Attorney’s Charges are billed separately based on the services and load. Our packages are designed to address clients’ needs.
• Analyst Charges Our Credit Analysts work with the clients to provide the services, the forms and the reports needed to restore clients’ credits. Our Analysts charges are paid either by the client packages or a fee of $50 per case.
• Attorney’s Charges Attorneys’ charges are paid either by the client packages or per case. Charges are based on the required work need to restore clients’ credit.

• Toll-Free Consultation Our Toll-Free analysts will work with clients and provide free consultations and answer questions and concerns. They provide clients with their options and the services we provide.
• Email-Free Consultation Clients can use our contact information to email us with their questions and concerns. Our team of analysts will reply back with the clients’ options and the services we provide.
• Signed Up Clients-Free Consultation Our signed up clients have free consultation also on any of their needs or concerns. The clients may consult our analysts and our attorneys and have option of giving us the permission to handle the clients’ cases. Our service charge will be made except after the clients sign for our services.
• Free Credit Report Checkup Clients may upload their credit report (text or PDF format) to our servers, where our computer will perform analysis and email the clients with our free consultation on its analysis.
