• Title IV of the Consumer Credit Protection Act Our Guarantee is done according to the Title IV of the Consumer Credit Protection Act (Public Law 90-321, 82 Stat. 164). This ammedment defines the relationship between the Credit Repair Organizations and the Consumers.
• Our Programs We work with clients and provide the personal attention in helping them understand the Programs and the cost.
• Charges There is an initial Sign-up charge of $150. We do not charge any fees unless the client understand the services that will be done and sign for it. Our analysts will contact the client and discuss the Programs, the fees and the time-line schedule. There are no hidden fees or charges.

• Account Sign-Up For $150, an account will be created for our client on system to unlimited access web services and our toll-free number. Analyst’s Charges are billed separately based on the services and Progams. Our Programs are designed to address clients’ needs.
• Build Up the Case Our Credit Analysts work with the clients to provide the services, the forms and the reports needed to restore clients’ situation.
• Analyst’s Charges Analysts’ charges are paid either by the client Programs. Charges are based on the required work need to help clients’ situation.
