The Technical Challenges:
A software project is a set of non-recurring tasks that creates a unique product or service. It is an accumulated effort of management, development, documentation, hardware, training and supporting staff. How to make every part of the project is as follows:

Our Tool:
We integrated project management (PM), development, frameworks, security, an intelligent calendar, documentation, testing, training and hardware into a tool. The advantages are as follows:

•	Saves 40% of the initial startup of any project in less than 30 minutes with the tool's setup.
•	It is a template driven system; it structures and speeds the development processes and also helps in reusability by allowing inheritance and integration from other projects.
•	It is a Java and web based system.
•	It eliminates the ambiguity and guessing game out of software development and management processes.
•	We did create a PM programming language where project managers would program their projects as well as inherit from other projects, and cash in on re-usability.
•	The concept, the tool and the PM language are simple and implementing them is even more simpler.

What we are proposing is a tool that we developed eight years ago for client/server applications, but due to the e-commerce and web approach and development, we have been updating and upgrading it to meet our needs and clients’ requests. It is what we are currently using to start any of our projects. We have not had the funding to take it to the next level which is what we are proposing. Therefore, the footwork and research has been done and continues to evolve as new technologies and approaches are introduced to PM and development.
