Master Scheduler is a summary-level project schedule that identifies the major deliverables, work breakdown structure components and key schedule milestones The main objective of a master schedule is put a visual picture of what took place and when and their standing. The EZ3P Builder will create the Master Scheduler based on the choices made in the previous components trees. The interviewee can view the Sub-Tree detailed matrix created by EZ3P Builder.
