Phase & Milestones:
A Milestones is a well-defined, solid achievement that is met at some point through the course of a project. Based on previous setups for Starting New Project, EZ3P Builder will give the Interviewee the option of setting up Milestones (major or minor) where the Interviewee can name the milestone and select the tasks, testing and phases in the milestone. The interviewee can also create and save any number of milestones (major or minor) he wishes to create. See the Help and Documentation pages for more details.
