What is Cloud Computing?
Simply put, a cloud computing is the practice of using a network of remote servers hosted on the Internet to store, manage, and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer.

          In short, cloud computing is a web server proving services.

Cloud Services (Public, Private or Hybrid):
Public clouds are owned and operated by third-party service providers. The costs are spread across all users. Private clouds are those that are built exclusively for an individual enterprise. Hybrid clouds combine the advantages of both the public and private cloud models.

What is cloud Governance?
Cloud computing governance creates business-driven policies and principles that establish the appropriate degree of investments and control around the lifecycle process for cloud computing services.

What is Virtual Cloud Computing?
Again Virtual Cloud Computing is a virtual web server proving services and instead of having a single dedicated physical server. The potentially of providing unlimited virtual cloud servers.

What is Web Infrastructure?
Web Infrastructure or Web Applications Infrastructure is the physical hardware, transmission media, and software used to interconnect computers and users on the Internet. It includes internet servers, web servers, internet storage, internet network equipment, and infrastructure software.

Web Infrastructure is composed of staffing, hardware and software to interconnect computers and users on the Internet.

What is DevOps?
DevOps is the combination of cultural philosophies, practices, and tools that increases an organization's ability to deliver applications and services at high velocity: evolving and improving products at a faster pace than organizations using traditional software development and infrastructure management processes.

In a nutshell, DevOps is the teaming of infrastructure and development to speed the process of delivering applications and services for an institution.

What is Automation?
Automation is the technique, method, or system of operating or controlling a process by highly automatic means, as by electronic devices, reducing human intervention to a minimum. A mechanical device, operated electronically, that functions automatically, without continuous input from an operator.

Intelligence and Intelligent System:
We as human beings, when addressing anything as intelligent, we are implying that it has human-like characteristics.
Therefore, Intelligent System is the ability of a software system to have human-like characteristics and do the following:

     1. Plans
     2. Performs abstract thinking
     3. Understanding - parse, compare and search
     4. Solves problems
     5. Does the footwork
     6. Gives choices
     7. Communicates
     8. Self-awareness
     9. Reasoning & Learning
     10. Retraining - self correcting

Assume that each category is equal to 10% of intelligence, then we can scale the actual percentage of intellignce of any software system.

What is "IoT" in simple words?
"The Internet of Things" is simply a network of Internet connected objects able to collect and exchange data. It is commonly abbreviated as IoT.

We believe a cloud system is a DevOps system which is a virtual, intelligent, automated, customized, cost effective cloud services for personal, small-median businesses and big businesses with their data centers.

What are the advantages of our cloud system?

How to develop our Cloud System?
What is the cost of building in term of resources and time?
To answer the cost questions, we would ask the following:

       1. Is our cloud a virtual service integrated into an existing structure?
       2. Is our cloud service a data center(s) (varies in size) which has all staffing and infrastructure?

Based on answering these questions we need to address the following and present the following topics.

The actual cost of the running data center:
Before we get caught into details which would not address the actual issues, we will split the cost into following:

         • Known running cost
         • Unknown running cost

Known running cost can be calculated and/or searched. As for the unknown running cost which would include old and decaying hardware and software, unqualified staff, poorly managed infrastructure, no documentation and data redundancies and the list is not small. To bring the picture to view, let us look at a company like Microsoft which has one million running server. Let us assume that these servers are not running at their optimum, then what we call the hidden cost.
