Next Generation
It seems that most CRM vendors starting with the big boys (AC Neilson, IBM, ...) are
missing the point. CRM services will be installed in medication holders, refrigerators, bicycles,
cars, computers, mobile and anything that interacts with clients. It will also be displayed
in different languages with GUI visual graphics that are culture and/or race
based . Therefore the Next Generation CRM must have these basic components:
• Data, farming, processing and formatting
• Intelligent CRM
• Intelligent Data Services
• Qualifying the Clients
• Qualifying the Services
• Integration into any system
• Front-End with bells and whistles
• Runs in the Cloud
CRM vendors are not looking at the big picture and not seeing the need for End-to-End Intelligent CRM system.
We do want to team up with companies or groups to build the Next Generation CRM.
